Kailuan Mining Group, a major mining operator with annual revenues over ¥250 billion, operates the Tangshan coal mine where more than 100 loaders move about 20,000 tons of coal per day. The site needed a way to guarantee every load left legally weighed and to give drivers a physical printout to reduce overloading fines and improve accountability.

Working with their LOADRITE distributor, Kailuan installed L2150 loader indicators and LP950 in‑cab printers on each machine. The system delivers fast, accurate loading within legal limits, eliminated overloaded fines, and produces printed dockets for drivers plus a duplicate for shift records, improving speed, accuracy and traceability.
