JE Dunn Construction, a 90‑year‑old leading U.S. general contractor with roughly $3B in annual revenue, served as general contractor for Trimble’s 118,000 sq. ft. Phase 2 facility in Westminster, Colorado. Facing the need to better manage field activity and coordinate work across JE Dunn staff and numerous trade partners, the team sought a single, real‑time platform to keep plans, RFIs and change orders synchronized between office and site.

JE Dunn deployed Trimble ProjectSight to about 140 users, giving stakeholders a single source of up‑to‑date drawings and documentation, in‑app 2D/3D markups, built‑in messaging with push notifications and offline sync. The result was faster RFI and change‑order resolution (an on‑site RFI was answered in ~5 minutes), over 450 submittals tracked, improved project tracking and communication, and a streamlined closeout and punch‑list workflow.
