Mishcon de Reya, a leading London-based law firm with over 700 staff, reimagined its new Holborn headquarters as a luxury hotel-style experience with a large client lounge and barista service. That open, flexible visitor environment put pressure on front-of-house teams—existing booking tools couldn’t reliably track clients who arrived early, mingled in the lounge, or needed bespoke catering and AV arrangements.
The firm deployed Trimble’s Manhattan Space Scheduling, a cloud-hosted room and desk booking system with visitor tracking, calendar integration, touch‑panel displays and colour‑coded booking charts. Implemented in under 10 weeks, the solution streamlined the entire visitor journey—from pre-booking to departure—improved internal communication, automated reporting and room visibility, and earned positive feedback from clients and staff.
