Case Study: Global Shopping Centre Business achieves unified global operations and cost control with Trimble's Manhattan IWMS

A Trimble Case Study

Preview of the Global Shopping Centre Business Case Study

How Trimble’s Manhattan Helps Million’s of Shoppers in 10 Countries Around the World

A global shopping centre business operating more than 3.2 million m² of retail space and attracting ~400 million visitors annually turned to Trimble’s Manhattan when its costly incumbent CAFM could not meet the needs of a 10-country expansion. The organisation needed a proven, SaaS-capable IWMS that would standardize data across countries while supporting localized language/currency/time zones, mobile access for ~10,000 remote users, workflow automation and integration with existing building, energy and lease systems.

After a successful pilot, the modular Trimble Manhattan solution was deployed to manage assets, leases, planned and reactive maintenance, suppliers/contracts, energy and mobile work, and to integrate with BMS and finance systems. The result was a single, accurate view of global operations, faster standardized reporting, automated processes, easier deployment to new sites and measurable improvements in productivity, cost control and cross-functional performance for leasing, facilities and finance teams.
