Case Study: Raiffeisen Property International achieves centralized, multi‑country property and real‑time financial management with Trimble’s Manhattan Real Estate Management

A Trimble Case Study

Preview of the Raiffeisen Property International Case Study

How Trimble’s global software system helped real estate professionals in Central and Eastern Europe to speak the same language

Raiffeisen Property Holding International (RPHI), the real estate arm of Raiffeisen Bank, manages about 250 commercial and residential properties across 11 Central and Eastern European countries. Faced with different languages, currencies, legal frameworks and fragmented local systems, RPHI needed a flexible, centralised property management platform to standardise data entry, provide real‑time visibility and support multi‑currency, multi‑GAAP financial reporting.

RPHI implemented Trimble’s modular Manhattan Real Estate Management system as a single, cross‑border repository for property, lease and accounting data. The solution enabled consistent data input in local languages/currencies, streamlined reporting and budgeting, and was rolled out across multiple countries without major customisation—resulting in more than 90% user consistency in key data definitions and reliable, up‑to‑date reports to support strategic decisions.
