Withers upgraded to Trimble Space Scheduling (room and desk booking) and rolled the solution out to 17 offices, adding LiveSign Pro digital room panels and lobby displays to show real‑time availability and allow on‑the‑spot bookings. The system went live in time for the new London office opening in August 2018, streamlined booking workflows, improved user satisfaction across facilities, catering and front‑of‑house teams, and gave the firm a modular, future‑proof platform for adding features as needs evolve.
