Gibson Energy is a Calgary-based midstream energy infrastructure and logistics provider with more than 60 years in business that has used Trimble Transportation solutions since 2001. When crude prices plunged in 2014–2015 the company faced renewed pressure to lower costs, improve operational efficiency and accelerate customer onboarding across its North American hauling operations.

Gibson consolidated and standardized processes and systems using TMW.Suite—centralizing billing, dispatch and fleet maintenance, standardizing shop inventories and integrating warranty management.
