GeoStabilization International - Customer Case Study

GeoStabilization International, a geohazard mitigation firm with more than 1,000 pieces of specialized equipment and maintenance shops in Colorado and Kentucky supporting projects across the U.S. and Canada, faced inefficient fleet management and excessive downtime from manual processes and spreadsheets that made preventive maintenance and lifecycle decisions difficult.

Under VP of Fleet Jeff Bremer, GSI implemented B2W Maintain to automate meter‑based PM notifications, standardize task lists (including oil analysis), capture accurate maintenance histories, and align people and processes with the technology. The change boosted scheduled maintenance to over 70%, reduced downtime and repair costs, improved key KPIs, and contributed an estimated $5 million to the company’s bottom line in the first year.
