Connect Plus Services manages and maintains London’s M25 under a 30‑year, multi‑billion‑pound DBFO contract, responsible for roughly 150,000 assets (including 40,000 pavement sections, 3,000+ structures and 15,000+ tunnel M&E assets). To meet strict performance targets and the contractual requirement to hand assets back in similar or better condition than a 2009 baseline, they needed a scalable infrastructure asset management system, integration with existing mobile data collection and training for staff.

Connect Plus implemented AgileAssets Structures Analyst, Structures Inspector and Foundation to provide a Routine Maintenance Management System with inventory and inspections workflows, condition scoring, defect/work‑order management, live dashboards, spatial search and 1-, 5- and 30‑year multi‑constraint work plans. The solution enhanced asset performance, mitigated lifecycle renewal risk, enabled repeatable, auditable planning and delivered a 5% long‑term efficiency improvement—saving an estimated £48 million (£30M pavement, £18M structures) over the 30‑year contract and earning an AXIAM award honorable mention.
