CMAC Transportation is a veteran-owned logistics company in Brownstown, Michigan, operating over 300,000 sq. ft. of warehousing and a fleet of more than 250 tractors and 450 trailers. As the business grew, CMAC relied on manual report pulls from multiple systems (data extracts, SSRS, TMT, etc.), a time-consuming process prone to human error that made it difficult to get an accurate, consolidated view of operations.

In 2016 CMAC implemented Trimble Transportation’s Reveal BI to aggregate data from TMT Fleet Maintenance, TMW.Suite, Microsoft Dynamics GP and other sources into a single, trusted dashboard (after an 18-month rollout). The unified solution delivered real‑time visibility into revenues, costs and routing, enabling targeted actions—like replacing high-cost parts, optimizing routes and adjusting rates—and giving management the cross-system insights needed to make better business decisions.
