Banner Health, a Phoenix‑headquartered non‑profit health system operating 28 acute‑care hospitals and other facilities across seven states with $1.6–1.8 billion in active projects and up to 190 concurrent projects, struggled to manage rapid growth. Banner implemented e-Builder Enterprise to align construction management and reporting, centralize project accounting, documentation, and schedule/issue management, and give program‑level visibility. The result was real‑time, accurate project accounting and forecasting that unlocked $70 million in savings (plus an additional $22 million identified) to fund new work—including a cancer center—reduced surprises, and provided the confidence and efficiency to support ambitious growth.
