Alberici Corporation, a century-old construction and construction-services firm serving markets from healthcare to manufacturing, needed stronger, enterprise-wide project controls and collaboration as the company grew to billion-dollar revenues. Although Alberici had purchased Prolog Manager in 2000, it was unevenly used across divisions and relied heavily on spreadsheets and paper workflows, making real-time budget visibility, standardized reporting and partner collaboration difficult.

Alberici implemented the latest Prolog and Prolog WebSite with integration and training support from Byrne Software Technologies, rolling Prolog into all new projects starting in 2006. The result: 85–90% of projects are now managed in Prolog with 125 trained users, standardized processes and market-specific reporting, real-time budget monitoring, faster RFIs and centralized document management—improving field efficiency and giving Alberici a clearer competitive advantage.
