PHENIX Construction Technologies, one of India’s top steel construction companies, needed a highly precise solution for a complex Suzuki Motors Paint, Press & Weld Shop project that required zero error tolerance and tight coordination across three interconnected buildings. The company turned to Trimble’s Tekla Structures software to handle the project’s demanding steel detailing, modeling, and drawing needs.

Trimble’s Tekla Structures enabled PHENIX to produce 68,900 assembly drawings for more than 6,700 MT of steel, improve 3D visualization, catch fouling issues early, and streamline reporting and shop-floor release planning. The result was faster execution, reduced manual errors, and about 50% savings in modeling time, helping PHENIX deliver the project on schedule with the accuracy expected by the client.
