AGO Technische Installaties, a Dutch full-service installer of mechanical and building systems, wanted to digitize its site and handover processes and better prepare for new quality, health, safety, and environment requirements. After already using Trimble Connect to keep teams updated with the latest drawings and 3D images, AGO turned to Trimble for a more comprehensive checklist and workflow solution.

Trimble implemented Viewpoint Field View quickly, with training completed in three days and the system live on several projects within the same month. The solution centralized site information, simplified checklists, and allowed photos, notes, and search-based retrieval of past project data, helping AGO speed up daily work, improve efficiency and safety, and eliminate paperwork for installers.
