A Trimble Case Study
Mason Navarro Pledge, a structural and civil engineering consultancy, was appointed on the Stephenson Way student accommodation project in London, where they faced a constrained urban site with complex party wall conditions, a retained vehicular ramp, and tight coordination needs. They turned to Trimble’s Tekla Structural Designer to manage the project’s multi-material structural design and support efficient workflows.
Using Trimble’s Tekla Structural Designer, Mason Navarro Pledge imported CAD floor layouts directly, modeled and tested structural options, and exported geometry to Revit for coordinated drawing production. The streamlined interoperability reduced duplicate work, improved coordination, and saved valuable time and resources; the project was then moving through tender, with construction expected to start in Q4 2024.
