Isoler, part of the Northern Bear Group and working across the UK in fire protection and compliance, needed a reliable way to deliver traceability and meet strict fire-safety recordkeeping requirements under the 2022 Building Safety Act. The company wanted to move beyond paper-based processes and ensure all site activity, inspections, and installation records were captured thoroughly and made easy to access. Trimble’s Viewpoint Field View was central to this workflow.

Trimble implemented Viewpoint Field View to digitize Isoler’s forms and reporting, giving the team cloud-based, real-time access to records from site and office. Isoler now uses 40 to 50 active forms for inspections, inductions, sign-offs, and handovers, with bespoke templates and automated reporting. The result has been stronger traceability, better client visibility, streamlined compliance, and professional PDF reports that document work completed, installed systems, and exact locations.
