Connect Plus Services manages and maintains London’s M25 under a 30-year, multi‑billion pound DBFO contract and needed an infrastructure asset management system to meet contractual performance targets. The solution integrated with legacy systems and mobile data collection, improved asset performance, mitigated lifecycle renewal risk, enabled optimized long‑term investment planning and delivered a 5% efficiency gain — approximately £48M saved over 30 years (£30M pavement, £18M structures) — plus a repeatable, auditable planning approach and industry recognition.
