CLT adopted e-Builder Enterprise as its PMIS, reworking procurement practices and creating more than 50 standardized workflows for finance, legal, HR and other teams. The centralized system delivered secure document storage with clear audit history, improved transparency and collaboration, enabled better financial forecasting, and scaled to nearly 700 internal and external users supporting 50+ workflows.
