DELA Cooperative, a Dutch insurance cooperative founded in 1937 and serving 3.7 million members with 1.5 million funeral savings and life insurance policies, faced fragmented customer data spread across 12 separate applications. This fragmentation made it slow and error-prone for customer service staff to access complete member records—critical for sensitive funeral-related communications—and DELA wanted Microsoft Dynamics CRM to be the single trusted master source without building a separate MDM hub.

Working with IntoDQ and CRM Partners, DELA implemented the Trillium Software System and the Trillium plug-in for Dynamics to cleanse, de-duplicate and validate tens of millions of records, migrate standardized data into Dynamics, and enable daily batch and real-time data quality checks at point of entry. The result is a single, governed customer view in Dynamics, faster, more confident customer service, reduced reliance on multiple back-office systems, and a quicker, lower-cost deployment than building a standalone MDM solution.
