Scandinavian Agency completes OpenShift backup POC in under 30 days with Trilio

Scandinavian Agency, a leading government agency in Scandinavia, needed a robust disaster recovery and backup solution for its cloud-native platform built on Red Hat OpenShift. As it modernized to support atmospheric research and critical public services, it turned to Trilio and its OpenShift Backup and Recovery solution to secure containerized workloads and enable reliable protection for Kubernetes environments.

Trilio provided native OpenShift integration, automation, and granular recovery options, including restores at the namespace, Helm chart, operator, and metadata levels, while also supporting Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management and Ansible. The agency completed a successful proof of concept in under 30 days, deployed Trilio in February 2022, and expanded its license by December 2022 to protect additional applications and tenants, improving scalability, flexibility, and long-term resilience.
