How KICKS creates personalized communication for millions of customers and website visitors

The customer, KICKS, the leading beauty chain in Scandinavia, faced the challenge of creating personalized, relevant communication for its 1.5 million club members across multiple segments. Their key goals were to continuously recruit new loyalty members and increase engagement and redemption of personal offers and bonus points among existing members. They partnered with the vendor Triggerbee, using its Onsite Campaigns product integrated with Voyado.

Triggerbee’s solution enabled KICKS to create audience-targeted onsite messages. By integrating customer data from Voyado with behavioral data from Triggerbee, they displayed highly relevant campaigns to specific visitors. This approach recruited thousands of new club members, achieved a 4.8x higher click-through rate, and led to a greater than 1,000% growth in email subscribers. Triggerbee also helped increase the use of bonus checks and drove sales for their own brand.
