The customer, Dunken, partnered with the vendor Triggerbee to create a more personalized on-site experience for its returning visitors and to effectively guide them to relevant product categories.

Triggerbee implemented a solution where first-time visitors were presented with a banner to segment themselves by gender. Based on that initial choice, returning visitors were then shown a personalized banner featuring an image and buttons for either the men's or women's assortments. This strategy by Triggerbee yielded excellent results, with the banners achieving high click-through rates of over 15% and 16%.
