As a major ferry operator moving about 450,000 passengers annually, the company needed a self-service business intelligence solution with trusted data, stronger governance, and better support for fact-based, customer-centric decisions.
Tridant delivered an end-to-end analytics solution including strategic advisory, data warehouse and data mart design, governance, and dashboard-based self-service analytics. The result was a more reliable, real-time BI platform with a single view of the customer, faster month-end reconciliation, and trusted dashboards across the business; one key outcome was the “project DNA” bookings data mart, which now supports comprehensive analysis of bookings, freight, accounts, and yield.
