Weir Minerals, a global SAP customer, needed to manage a complex rollout with many localizations and integrations while reducing the risk of production defects. To support its global SAP initiative, the company turned to Tricentis and products including LiveModel, LiveCompare, and LiveCapture to map template processes, support change management, and keep testing aligned across environments.

Tricentis implemented LiveModel to capture business processes and push blueprint documentation into SAP Solution Manager, while LiveCompare was used for impact analysis, transport checks, landscape synchronization, and emergency change testing. The result was faster analysis, better test prioritization, and reduced manual effort; Weir Minerals reported that LiveCompare helped prevent several production incidents and saved “a lot of headaches, risk, effort and time” at go-live.
