Pic-Time, a photo and gallery platform, needed a faster way to scale testing as frequent releases and a production bug exposed gaps in test coverage. After seeing scripted approaches like Selenium and Python take too long to build and maintain, the team turned to Tricentis Testim for low-code test automation.

Tricentis implemented Testim’s low-code authoring and smart locators to automate Pic-Time’s regression suite and simplify test creation. The results were significant: release-cycle testing time dropped by two thirds, from about three hours to about one hour, maintenance stayed low at roughly 10–20% of QA time, and the team found bugs earlier and received answers two days sooner during a major infrastructure update.
