Case Study: AccessHQ achieves hyperscale video streaming performance testing with Tricentis NeoLoad

A Tricentis Case Study

Preview of the AccessHQ Case Study

Performance testing a complex video streaming environment at speed and scale

AccessHQ supported a large media company facing a high-risk, six-week deadline to performance test HD video streaming at unprecedented scale, with concerns that its existing load-testing tools and cloud capacity would not handle the expected traffic. The project needed a vendor-agnostic, multi-cloud solution to simulate hundreds of thousands of concurrent viewers across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

AccessHQ partnered with Tricentis using NeoLoad to run end-to-end load tests with more than 1,900 load generators and a video player component, helping uncover core and third-party bottlenecks before launch. Tricentis helped the team test 550,000 requests per second and de-risk the event, resulting in smooth HD streaming for over 1.4 million viewers during the finale and the largest single-day video player measurement in Australian history.
