Case Study: The FA achieves cloud migration and 10X performance gains with Tricentis NeoLoad

A Tricentis Case Study

Preview of the The FA Case Study

NeoLoad helps the FA make a successful transition to the cloud

The FA, The Football Association, was migrating its on-premises systems to the cloud while struggling with slow performance at peak times, especially for player registration and major website traffic spikes. Working with Tricentis and its NeoLoad performance testing tool, the organization needed a better way to test and manage scalability across critical services.

Tricentis implemented NeoLoad as the standard performance testing tool and process, involving the business in defining service-level targets and testing workloads on Microsoft Azure. As a result, The FA reduced player registration from up to 10 minutes to under 30 seconds for bulk registrations, brought each step of the process down to under three seconds, and increased website capacity from 400 to 4,000 concurrent users.
