A major American hospital group, a Cerner customer, was struggling with fully manual testing of the Cerner app using basic Office tools. The solution improved release-to-release tracking, streamlined regression testing, and enabled data-driven, parameterized tests with real-time reporting. The hospital group saw reduced testing overhead and faster time to ROI, and the success was strong enough that the CIO expanded the Tricentis project to additional Cerner areas and other enterprise applications.
