T-Mobile needed to scale test automation to support a growing customer base and maintain a high-quality digital experience across 52 applications and multiple business units. Using the Tricentis portfolio, T-Mobile unified manual, automated, and hybrid tests in Tosca and later added qTest and Tricentis Data Integrity for centralized reporting and data validation. The results were significant: over 300 users became Tosca-skilled in the first year, automation reached 60% within 8–10 months, test data request time dropped 50%, defect reporting became nearly instant, and one validation cycle shrank from two weeks to three days.
