Queensland Health faced the challenge of testing a highly complex landscape of more than 450 applications across SAP, Oracle, mainframes, cloud services, and other technologies, while keeping pace with rapid digital change. Using Tricentis, including qTest for test management, they needed a better way to streamline testing, improve traceability, and reduce the heavy manual effort and reporting overhead that were slowing delivery.

Tricentis implemented qTest to centralize test planning, execution, defect tracking, and QA metrics, and later rolled out Tricentis Tosca for test automation. The results included 75% faster test planning, 3x faster manual test execution, 90% more efficient reporting, and a 30% increase in effective resource utilization, while test automation rose from 0% to 40% in phase one and overall testing efficiency improved by 70%.
