Linde, the global industrial gases and engineering company, needed to modernize testing across a highly complex application landscape spanning 13 SAP instances plus Salesforce, web, mobile, and Microsoft apps. With Tricentis, Linde introduced a risk-based testing approach and rolled out automated testing in phases across SAP, Salesforce, web, legacy, mobile, and ecommerce systems, integrating it into CI/CD. The results included more than 300 SAP SRM tests automated, 350 SAP template tests converted, 16x more high-volume tests run, 63% faster releases, 5x more releases, and 32% lower costs. Tricentis helped Linde achieve near-zero downtime and annual savings estimated in the millions.
