A1 Telekom, Austria’s largest telecom provider, needed to improve software speed, quality, and integration while moving away from manual testing in a complex environment of mainframes, legacy systems, mobile, and cloud resources. The company turned to Tricentis, using continuous testing to support faster releases and better quality measurement.

Tricentis, working with Qualysoft and Wipro, implemented service virtualization to help A1 Telekom scale automation across its application landscape. As a result, A1 Telekom reduced release cycles from 3–4 months to monthly feature releases, found and fixed errors earlier in the software lifecycle, increased automation with each release, and gained full quality visibility through dashboard-based test feedback.
