Aargauische Kantonalbank (AKB) needed a scalable way to replace slow manual software testing as its mobile banking platform and internal applications grew. Working with Tricentis, AKB adopted Tricentis Tosca for low-code test automation and Tricentis NeoLoad for performance testing, supported by partner Infometis.

Tricentis helped AKB build a structured automation strategy, reusable test modules, and synthetic test data generation for end-to-end banking transactions. As a result, AKB increased test automation from 25% to 40% in two years, cut false negatives from 40% to 10%, and reduced test data creation time dramatically, generating 500 test clients in 30 minutes instead of about 10 minutes per dataset. The team also improved release confidence, reduced hot fixes, and sped up eBanking performance through NeoLoad-based tuning.
