The Leading Global Bank needed a modern test strategy to support a complex migration from Oracle FLEXCUBE to Oracle Fusion, while also keeping pace with weekly releases and future cloud-based updates. Its manual testing approach could not handle the required cadence, so the bank looked for a cloud-ready, scalable solution and selected Tricentis Tosca for codeless automation and native Oracle Fusion support.

Tricentis implemented Tosca to automate key regression tests across Oracle modules and integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline. The bank has built 64 automated regression tests covering 7 modules, reduced one weekly test cycle from 21 hours to 2 hours and 46 minutes, and is projected to save more than 1,800 hours over the migration. The shift to Tricentis also saved 18+ hours per week and helped create a new test automation team to support broader collaboration.
