A Tricentis Case Study
Kimberly-Clark Australia was struggling to manage SAP change across a complex, global environment, with support-pack testing coordinated across teams in multiple countries. Its existing approach relied on SAP standard tools and fixed test scripts, which was time-consuming, resource-intensive, and often tested more than necessary, while also creating uncertainty about what was truly impacted.
Kimberly-Clark Australia worked with Tricentis and implemented LiveCompare to improve SAP change impact visibility and focus testing on only the affected areas. The result was a 40% reduction in testing scope, and one proof of concept showed that just 13% of the transactions normally tested were actually impacted, saving 674 hours, or 90 man days, for a single support pack.
