Global Food Processor was implementing SAP S/4HANA while trying to shift its IT organization to a more agile model, but its manual testing approach was too slow and costly for a program of that scale. The company evaluated about 30 tools and chose Tricentis Tosca, because it could automate testing across SAP, web, and homegrown applications that previous tools could not support.

Tricentis implemented Tosca to automate end-to-end testing, manage test data, and support repeatable processes across multiple workstreams. The results were significant: Global Food Processor built 125 test cases in about an hour instead of roughly 160 hours, created 232 batch jobs in 15 minutes instead of about 75 hours, and reached its goal of 400 automated test cases in 6 weeks, ultimately building more than 1,000 test cases.
