DentaQuest, a healthcare services company, needed a more reliable way to performance test its critical claims-processing and customer service applications as it shifted to Agile and Salesforce. Its legacy Visual Studio-based approach was slow, inconsistent, and produced false positives, making it hard to meet release schedules or define SLAs. Tricentis’ NeoLoad was selected to support the team’s shift-left testing goals.

Tricentis implemented NeoLoad alongside DentaQuest’s existing Dynatrace APM setup, improving load testing, scripting, reporting, and build comparisons while eliminating controller/agent communication issues. DentaQuest reported performance testing finishing earlier, fewer false positives, and more objective pass/fail analysis, with testing running more than 50% faster than the legacy solution and confidence to handle about 20% growth.
