DocMorris, the online pharmacy and health retailer, needed to improve quality assurance across complex end-to-end SAP-based processes, from order generation and pharmacist checks to shipment. With many handoffs, strict regulatory requirements, and a high volume of repetitive functional and regression tests, manual testing was too slow and risked human error. DocMorris turned to Tricentis, using Tosca and qTest for test automation and test management.

Tricentis implemented Tosca, qTest, and DEX to automate daily sanity checks, support end-to-end regression testing, and provide transparent audit-ready documentation linked to Jira. The result was stronger test coverage, over 4,200 test cases managed in qTest, and testing time cut by 50%—reducing a manual order-to-shipment test from 25 minutes to about 12.5 minutes.
