Devada, a software company modernizing its DevOps practices, needed a faster way to handle complex UI testing across multiple configurations, user permissions, and test environments. Tricentis implemented Testim to automate UI functional and in-app workflow tests, integrated with Jenkins, and helped Devada organize hundreds of tests by suites, labels, user types, applications, and environments. The result was a major efficiency gain: manual testing time dropped from about a week per release to roughly 10 hours of QA review, release-cycle testing was shortened by about three days, labor for UI testing fell by about 85%, and bug escapes were reduced by around 70%.
