Almac automates end-to-end testing for critical Oracle business processes

Almac, a pharmaceutical services company, needed a better way to test its highly customized Oracle EBS environment and complex end-to-end supply chain processes. Its QA team was burdened by heavy manual testing and limited coverage beyond Oracle, making it difficult to validate full order-to-distribution workflows with confidence. Tricentis Tosca was selected to automate these critical business processes.

With Tricentis, Almac implemented codeless, model-based test automation and later added Tricentis qTest to improve visibility and collaboration. The solution enabled end-to-end testing across complex scenarios, reduced testing time for a major release from 1 day to about 90 minutes, and delivered a 93% cut in test cycle time. Tricentis also helped Almac improve coverage, maintain tests more easily, and speed feedback between developers and QA.
