Leading Online Retailer needed a faster, more reliable way to test its heavily customized IBM TRIRIGA facilities management application as the business scaled. Manual testing was time-consuming, created bottlenecks, and slowed release cycles, while missed defects could lead to costly lease payment errors.

Tricentis, working with partner Luminate Automation Solutions, implemented Tricentis Tosca for codeless, AI-powered end-to-end test automation, including distributed test execution, test data management, and Vision AI. As a result, regression testing dropped from about 16 hours to 2.5 hours, total test cycle time fell from six months to 3.5 hours, and the number of test cases was reduced from roughly 300 to 96.
