Wilkes Regional Medical Center Provides Integrated Care with Hospital Management

Wilkes Regional Medical Center, a 130-bed healthcare provider in North Carolina, needed to replace a legacy AS400-based system that could not fully automate operations or support integrated financial and patient care processes. The center selected Tribridge and Microsoft Dynamics GP, along with QuadraMed solutions, to build a more connected ERP and healthcare information environment.

Tribridge implemented Microsoft Dynamics GP and temporary integrations to bridge the legacy system while QuadraMed was being rolled out. The result was automated compliance support, eliminated paper reports, faster month-end depreciation and invoicing, and less dependence on IT for data. Wilkes Regional Medical Center also improved HR reporting and centralized employee information, with the controller noting that the Tribridge team exceeded expectations.
