OSI Restaurant Partners, one of the world’s largest casual dining restaurant companies, needed a better way to bridge communication gaps across 1,400+ locations and 116,000 employees. Email was overwhelming the server, content was hard to manage, and staff struggled to find up-to-date information, leading to extra HR and help desk calls. Tribridge was brought in to help, using Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server.
Tribridge implemented a browser-based employee portal in about three months, creating a new user interface, content management system, alerts, and training for OSI staff. The result was improved communication and collaboration, easier access to employee documents and company information, streamlined content updates, fewer help desk and HR calls, and a flexible platform that supports future growth.
