JADAK Technologies, an electronics design and manufacturing company, needed to replace Salesforce.com with a more robust CRM that could integrate better with its systems, lower ownership costs, and remain familiar to users through Microsoft Outlook. Working with Tribridge, the company aimed to migrate quickly while also improving sales, marketing, and customer service processes.
Tribridge implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM using its QuickStart approach, moving JADAK’s data from Salesforce.com and setting up a phased rollout. The project finished ahead of schedule, saving JADAK thousands of dollars, eliminating data rekeying, improving visibility into customer interactions, and enabling easier quote-to-opportunity conversion and stronger workflow automation.
