The American Board of Veterinary Practitioners (ABVP) needed to replace a highly manual, paper-driven certification and recertification process that relied on spreadsheets, FedEx shipments, and weeks of sorting and tracking. Tribridge helped ABVP modernize the workflow with a custom cloud-based portal built on ASP.NET MVC and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, enabling Diplomates to submit applications, pay fees, and upload documents online.

Tribridge implemented a solution using Windows Azure, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, Scribe Online, and custom development to automate reviews, payments, and applicant tracking. The result was shipping costs reduced to zero, a drastic reduction in paper usage, faster processing, and complete visibility into the applicant process, while also avoiding the need to replace a ¾-time employee.
