Winona Health, a locally owned nonprofit healthcare provider serving the Winona, Minnesota community, was struggling with outdated financial, billing, HR, and payroll systems that could not keep up with growth, reporting demands, and manual time tracking for 900 employees. Winona Health turned to Tribridge and its Provider Services solution to help integrate Cerner with a more robust financial accounting platform and automate complex HR and payroll processes.

Tribridge implemented Microsoft Business Solutions for accounting, HR, payroll, fixed assets, and reporting, while building integration between Microsoft financials and Cerner clinical modules. The result was a first fully integrated healthcare system in the community health space, with automated data flow from point of care to the general ledger, streamlined accounting and HR tasks, reduced duplicate entry, and significantly lower total cost of ownership through lower capital expenses, faster deployment, and more cost-effective support.
