Volt Information Sciences, Inc. was struggling with fragmented customer data and disconnected sales processes across its global workforce. Employees used a mix of Outlook, ACT!, spreadsheets, and Rolodexes, which created data silos and limited visibility for sales teams and managers. Tribridge helped Volt evaluate CRM options and choose a Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution that would integrate with Outlook, SQL Server, and Exchange.
Tribridge implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 and later upgraded Volt to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, rolling it out first to the Staffing Services Group with more than 450 licenses. The solution unified sales activities, improved reporting and collaboration across business units, and enabled better up-sell and cross-sell opportunities through many-to-many relationships. As a result, Volt gained more consistent global sales intelligence and stronger decision-making support across its international offices.
