SBA Communications, a major independent owner and operator of wireless infrastructure, needed a better way to manage rapid growth across tower ownership, construction, leasing, and a large remote workforce. With operations spread across more than 40 locations, the company struggled to track workflows, automate service management, manage materials and shipping, and fully integrate operations with financials. Tribridge helped SBA extend its existing Microsoft Great Plains environment and add the functionality needed to support these complex business units.

Tribridge implemented Microsoft Dynamics GP with integrated tools including FRx Reporting, WennSoft Job Cost, PMOPS, CORS, and HR reporting systems. The solution centralized reporting, automated transactions from remote sites, and connected construction, leasing, and financial data in real time. As a result, SBA reduced manual processing that once took weeks, kept staffing levels steady despite major growth, improved customer service, and created a central repository of 350 reports for faster, better decision-making.
