Sandler Training Reaches Its Extended Enterprise with Content

Sandler Training, a global sales training leader serving more than 200 distributors in 25 languages, needed to successfully implement Cornerstone OnDemand’s Extended Enterprise Cloud while managing complex franchise, multilingual, and content-migration requirements. To support the rollout, Sandler turned to Tribridge for Cornerstone expertise, content services, and implementation support.

Tribridge configured the solution for different user access needs, migrated and organized more than 300 content documents, enabled podcasts and other non-SCORM content through the Cornerstone Connect module, and provided training, administration, and release support. As a result, Sandler achieved high user adoption, broader content availability, SCORM- and AAIC-compliant content, and a stronger continuous improvement process, with Tribridge delivering responsive ongoing support throughout the project.
