Plantation, Florida’s New Microsoft Dynamics GP Streamlines Operations of City Hall

Plantation, a city in Broward County, Florida, needed to replace an aging, labor-intensive financial management system that required heavy IT support and limited analytics. The city turned to Tribridge for help implementing Microsoft Dynamics GP, along with payroll, human resources, and budgeting tools, to modernize city hall operations and improve control over finances.

Tribridge deployed Microsoft Dynamics GP on an 18-month timeline, migrating legacy data and adding Microsoft Forecaster for budgeting. The new system reduced dependence on IT, improved reporting and workflow automation, cut duplicate data entry, and gave managers better visibility into department budgets and spending.
