Plantation, a city in Broward County, Florida, needed to replace an aging, labor-intensive financial management system that required heavy IT support and limited analytics. Tribridge deployed Microsoft Dynamics GP on an 18-month timeline, migrating legacy data and adding Microsoft Forecaster for budgeting. The new system reduced dependence on IT, improved reporting and workflow automation, cut duplicate data entry, and gave managers better visibility into department budgets and spending. Plantation also reported improved accounts payable processes, lower operational costs, and better citizen services.
